Relationship to Koyasan and Buddhism
Reiki practice at Koyasan Reiki Space takes place in the heart of Koyasan. However, it is not affiliated with or administered by Koyasan Shingon Buddhism or any temple institution. Reiki is a separate and distinct healing system. The Healer is personally a Buddhist and therefore lives and practices in Koyasan, observing the ethical framework of the Buddha Dharma.

Independence from Reiki Organisations
We are not affiliated with any Reiki organisation. We owe a sincere debt of gratitude to our Reiki Teacher, Hyakuten Inamoto Sensei, whose instruction has been important in our training. However, the views, interpretations, and information presented on this website are entirely our own and are not connected to, endorsed by, or representative of Komyo Reiki Do or of Hyakuten Inamoto Sensei.

Fees and Exchange
Owing to the upkeep and running costs of the property, it is necessary to charge for Reiki healing sessions and attunements. As is customary in Japan and elsewhere, these services are offered in exchange for payment. We are long-term practitioners who have given and received Reiki (and Chi-based healing) for many years, and we aim to provide a careful, respectful, and supportive experience for those who visit us.

Medical Disclaimer
Reiki healing is not recognised as a medical treatment and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Anyone experiencing illness or medical concerns should consult a qualified medical practitioner.

Individual Results
The effects of Reiki vary from person to person. No specific outcome can be promised or guaranteed. Reiki is offered as a supportive practice for relaxation, balance, and personal well-being.
